WHY? 

Restaurants frequently distribute printed menus for delivery orders.  For many years, I  have run all over the house trying to find

a menu to order in --- frustrating!  With technology advancing and the internet becoming a common fact in homes, why not have a site that

saves money for small businesses and allows your customers to access your menu ONLINE?

Your customers will love not having to look for menus!

Right now, I'm working on the site and expect to have over 50 menus listed by  the end of Feb 2006. The 'Scratch and Win Ticket' will

become active then,  and this notice will be deleted from the agreement page.

As you can see by the sample monthly report above, the payment would be $2.70 for that month. You do not pay for page reloads, so the

numbers will not be subject to 'plumping.'  Your monthly report will be sent by email if  you have one, or by mail if you do not.  You can send

payment to me at your own convenience, but if payment is not received within 14 days of billing,  your menu will be removed from the site.

When a guest visits a menu of choice, there is a 'Scratch Ticket' that allows those visitors who live in the delivery area served by

the restaurant a chance  to win a free pizza.  The visitor claims the prize by printing the page, signing it  and bringing it to the restaurant for

validation.  Scratch winners will be listed on the site.  Winners can claim only prizes if they reside in the area of the restaurant's delivery

service. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of restaurants who climb on board, and by the number of overall hits on 

the site. All restaurants listed on the site must participate in the Scratch & Win program.

I'm also looking for people to advertise on the site, but will be refusing advertisements which, in my judgement, do not serve our

communities' best interests.  My  philosophy supports interaction and communication with people.  Allow me to give you an example in

simple terms:

Mary Smirle Bruce is a designer I met in a Napanee computer store.  She runs a small design business, which includes creating logos, materials and websites for other businesses.  She interacts personally with her clients, who are mostly local people, and uses her website as an added tool to display her accomplishments and to reach out and offer a service to those who need her knowledge and gifted talent. "Site Supported"

This site takes you for a ride. They make a site, place their ads for a very wide-spread market and speak personally with hardly anyone.  This allows them to interact only from a distance.  You fill in a form, you get the merchandise and that's it.  The focus is only on the $$$$.  There is no effort to get to know the people who are ordering or to ensure that their needs are being met. "Not Supported"
